Very unhappy with customer service in Byram Branch. I had to make a deposit and it took over an hour to do so.

Came in with my dad for a notary. Still sitting here and this Caucasian brother comes in and gets welcomed right in. This lady opens an account for him. (As I type this!!!!) Been here 30 min.
