This is the worst dry cleaners ever! Do not use this place unless you want your clothes ruined! We tried to use this cleaners because of convenience but they ruined numerous pieces of clothing! Delicate dresses and silk items were actually wash and dried...and of course ruined and shrunken...as if they didn't know anything about dry cleaning at all! Clothes that were to be laundered, came back stained and with buttons broken, pressed in the wrong places...ect. We tried to talk with the owner/manager, who works at the location where the clothes are cleaned...not where you drop off your clothes...but she would not even return the calls! She obviously doesn't care about her customers concerns...and that translates into her employees not caring about how your clothes are handled! If you consider dry cleaning...washing a delicate item in your washing machine...drying it in your dryer...and then putting on a blindfold and ironing it...then this is the place for you!!!
USE "Custom Tailoring By Al" for Alterations.
Use Martin Cleaners for what they do best (consistently best), they do DRY CLEANING and LAUNDRY. I have to say for the years that I have used them, they do this really well. Sorry that the person needing alteration had a very bad experience. I didn't have a "bad" experience, but it took a while to get the alteration back (reattached loose buttons on blazer). The work was good, but the dates to have things done was off. In general, a dry cleaner should be used for doing laundry. Alterations should be done by a competent professional. I have used "Custom Tailoring By Al" in Madison MS for almost 10 years. He is little higher than most, but his work is the best that I have ever had. He can take inexpensive suits the adjust to give me a custom fit. The man and his team are real good. Oh, in 10 years, they may have missed only 1/2 deadlines. I just call to make sure that my garments are ready before making the drive.
