There were bedbugs in my bed from the larva stage up to full grown. I was moved immediately and the staff was very attentive and nice, but bed bugs are bed bugs. Check your sheets, I think they're aware of the issue because you can smell insecticide in areas. It's a shame because the staff is great and the amenities are as well.
Room was nice enough but could use a refresh. Stay was quiet. Breakfast was good.
The desk staff was also rude, accusing us of sneaking our dog in and adamantly stating that absolutely no one on their staff would tell us pets were allowed (as if there weren't several other wonderful hotels nearby that allowed pets that we could have booked with).
All in all this situation was a disaster and it couldn't have happened at a worse time. Book elsewhere.
We were in town for my sister's funeral and after returning to the hotel from a wake, desperately needing rest, we were forced to leave the premises immediately.
We also asked by phone prior to booking if dogs were allowed and we were assured they were, but on the 2nd night of our stay we received a call to our room at 10pm informing us the hotel has a strict policy against pets.
Very clean hotel with great customer service. The free hot breakfast was perfect. Will definitely be a holiday inn returning customer.
This hotel is next to a trailer park repo and the parking lot reeks of sewage.
Very enjoyable great staff would recommend it to anyone
