Amazing food but the service could be better
This might be the worst Waffle House in Mississippi. There appears to be no management in place at this restaurant. They appear to be inadequately staffed and have poor organization.
This is a clean, fast and friendly service, Waffle House. Restrooms are clean. Wait staff are very friendly and courteous. Cooks are fast and efficient, that get your order correct the first time. Food was prepared as ordered. Only complaint is, how hard it is to get in and out of this location. Traffic is always bad here.
The food is good, but I can never get them on the phone to place a to-go order. It usually rings twice and has a message saying something along the lines of "thank you for calling, try again later". Then sometimes someone answers and hangs up. They just really need the workers to answer every phone call they can. That's alot of business being turned down.
Went yesterday and waitress told us she is overwhelmed and over worked. The orange juice was hot and the hash browns and Bert's Chile was cold.
