Storagemax, I truly thank you for going above and beyond to assist a customer after hours. Kudos to Randy for excellent quality service. I would totally recommend Storagemax to Family Friends.
However, just recently I ran out of checks and decided to go online to create an account and submit my monthly payment. Sounds pretty easy right; well I was successful in creating the account but ran into a stumbling block online.

The process was fairly simple but I had difficulty completing all entries required to submit the payment online. I started to panic jus a little then I noticed the contact us link at the bottom of the page. I submitted a email message to Storagemax explaining my plight, and within 5 minutes I received a call back from Randy who was absolutely fantastic and walked me through submitting my payment online.

I started services with Storagemax in June 2016 at the Byram location, and I must say I have received excellent Customer Service. I'm very old fashion in submitting my monthly payment by check at the store location drop box.
Quick & Friendly service. was very easy to setup a "move in" date and even easier to set-up a "move out" date via a simple phone call. The facility itself looked very secure. The only remotely negative thing I can say is that those lanes around the units are narrow! I didn't have to pull a trailer behind me, but it would probably be a tight squeeze if you did!

I had a storage unit with StorageMax of Byram for about ten years. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman who runs it now is great. They are reasonably priced and very reasonable folks to deal with. If I ever move back to Byram, I will use them again.
