Baby sister's idiot boyfriend jacked up Mom's toilet in the guest room. The water was running constantly, the float assembly in the back was dismantled, and the valve to shut off the water at the wall was not working. Mom was super frazzled. It was the 4th of July AND a Saturday, but the owner answered the phone. He couldn't get any of his employees, so he came out himself. Of course I had to pay a holiday rate, but that's only fair under the circumstance, and one has to take care of Mom, you know?
Bottom Line: The owner himself came out on a saturday holiday, fixed the problem quick, and fixed it right. Would use again, A+ etc. :)

My Husband works for this Company. He seems to Like it so therefore It is ok in My book.
It turns out he's got a few dozen employees, and commercial plumbing is his company's bread and butter (new construction, office buildings, apartment complexes), but they do a little bit of residential stuff. I will call them back about a slow drain that Mom is complaining about. AFTER the holiday. :)
