Food is not as good as it use to be. Their food is too hard most of the time. I love seafood.
This particular visit was at a busy time but service was still good. What stood out was the drive-thru. I used it but my order was complicated. When I got my order, I didn't check it bc there was such a long line behind me. As I drove away, the person manning the drive-thru shouted that I should come back and I did. They'd not given everything I ordered. It's so annoying to get home and discover some of what you paid for isn't included!
This is by far the Best Captain D's I have ever dined at. Fast and Friendly service. Food is cooked to order and the chefs that prepared my meal are professionals at what they do. Superior cleanliness and attention to detail makes this Captain D's Excel above all others. Definitely will visit this Captain D's again and I recommend anyone to stop by.
The restaurant was clean. The men's restroom was highly acceptable; although I arrived at the restaurant a little after they first opened. I rated 4 stars because some the tables and chairs had crumbs on them as if they weren't cleaned from the night before.
Food was fabulous and the staff was very professional. Will be going back soon.
