First of all I need a thumbs down rating. 1 star is too good for this so called business. I’ve been getting my nails done at Polish for quite some time. Customer service is clearly not their best quality. Especially for Tina, the owner. My visit on 11/18/17 will be my last. The straw that broke the camel’s back was her comment when I asked to see a third gel color. She had the nerve for once to rudely speak perfect English to say “oh my Goddddd! All these colors!! I asked her twice if my deciding on the color I wanted was a problem but received no response from her. In hindsight I should’ve paid her for removing the polish and took my money elsewhere. This is their 3rd strike. I refuse to pay my hard earned money for terrible customer service.
Overall as the work they far impressed me. Very professional just could work on there personalities.. it would make customers more comfortable other than that good job
Terrible customer service....I went in today to get my eyebrows waxed, I told exactly how I wanted it. I told her to just clean it up, I want to keep the thickness to them, I don't want them skinny. First of all when I told her it seemed like she dismissed me a continued doing what she was doing. But long story short I came out of the chair with one eyebrow longer and skinny while the other one is short and thick. I'm not the type of person that writes reviews but I had to because I'm extremely pissed!! I don't know about their nails but as far as eyebrows I wouldn't do it.... just because its a decent price doesn't mean you will get quality work. I strongly recommend you to find another nail salon.
My daughter in law, granddaughter and I will take our money elsewhere. You get what you pay for.
According to my girlfriend, this nail salon has the best prices on waxing, manicures, and pedicures. Fast and friendly service.
WARNING!!! Poor customer service!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went to get my eyebrows done today and she MESSED my face up!!! When I told the Lil girl that I did not like it she told me that I didn't have any hair there!! I have naturally THICK eyebrows and they had not been done in a while so... I then asked her who I needed to speak to she brushed me off and said the "lady up front". I explain to her what happened and she offer to take more hair off!! No!! I told her that I was afraid for them to do anything else to my face!!! She began to argue with me and speaking in another language with her husband. Threatened to call the police. I agreed. Her husband then walks up and I'm thinking he would make it right... Nope. He began arguing as well. I asked them to go ahead and call the police because I did not feel like I should have to pay for something I wasn't happy with. No one ever apologize. He even went as far as taking my tag number down because I wouldn't wait for the police inside. Long story short I had to pay (Regular price) and I'm Pissed!! They really should not be in business. You can't do wrong and get by. I have never been treated like this before!! I will never go back and if you are wise you would steer clear of this place.. Polish Nails and Spa
